The Sunday Post is a weekly Meme hosted by
It's a chance to share news,
a post to recap the past week on your blog,
showcase books
and things we have received and
share news about what is coming up
on our blog for the week ahead
Last Week on Melissa's Midnight Musings:
(Click Links to be taken directly to the posts)
- I reviewed a wonderful children's book The Five Lives of Our Cat Zook This is a book filled with inventive theories and fun wordplay.
- I shone the spotlight on Zane: The Mckades of Texas by Kimberly Lewis on it's release day. If you're looking for a new romance to try, you should check it out.
- I reviewed Jaime Lea and the Bumblebee. This is a great children's book with wonderful illustrations and a positive message for children and adults alike.
- I announced the Winners of the Mickey Tussler Giveaway
- I shared some of my dreams with you in my Behind the Blog Post: What Dreams May Come
- I reviewed another wonderful children's book Ambition's Not An Awful Word A rather fitting book given the topic of Behind the Blog
So as you can see I had a pretty busy week. One of my busiest on the blog ever, I think. I have some great things scheduled for this week too.
Coming up This Week:
- Giveaway: I'm excited to let you know that I'll be having a giveaway for Audrey's Guide to Witchcraft by Jody Gehrman

- Review of The Sword and The Prophet by Missy LaRae
- Review of Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins (if I get it finished by the end of the week)
- Behind the Blog: This week's topic is going to be summer fun:

I got Audrey's Guide to Witchcraft for review this week, and I'm so excited to read it. It looks great!
And I NEED to read Sweet Evil. I bought a copy forever ago, but still haven't read it yet. I'll be keeping an eye out for your review to hear what you thought about it.
Thanks for stopping by my IMM!

I will be reviewing Audrey's Guide to Witchcraft in October for Things that Go Bump in the Night. Ooh you grabbed Pushing the Limit..that is so on my wishlist. You had an amazing week and next week looks sweet too! Thanks so much for being a part of The Sunday Post
I hope you enjoy Pushing the Limits. I really loved it. Happy reading!
I haven't heard of any of these but man my tbr pile is starting to hate me. Hope you enjoy all your books.
@Danie:
It really does look great. I have heard a lot of good things about it and can't wait to read it.
@Jenea: Thank you!
@Kimba: I think my review for Audrey's Guide to Witchcraft will likely be going up in October too, it depends on how fast I work through my author request list. I've been thinking about joining your Things That Go Bump in the Night Feature. I think it'll help me focus on finishing up my Witches Category for my 12X12 challenge.
@Kathy: Thank you!
@DBookWhore: Thanks! I'm glad to be getting fewer books, because I'm starting to make a tiny dent in my pile of books to read.
Pushing the Limits was awesome!!! For me it was one of those books that you could reread a bunch of times. Hope you enjoy your books. =) My STS/Sunday Post
Everyone keeps talking about Pushing the Limits! Guess I need to get my hands on it.
Enjoy your books, Melissa!
